摘  要:在湿法炼锌沉铁渣和浸锌渣焙烧预处理中,常规化浸出、高温和高酸化浸出、氧压化浸出都是湿法炼锌沉铁渣和浸锌渣焙烧预处理的基本工作原理。根据各种方法与工艺的技术特点,采用电阻炉对湿法炼锌沉铁渣和浸锌渣进行焙烧预处理是最具合理性和科学性的。通过对氧气浓度、焙烧温度、时间和气体流量的研究,发现这些因素对沉铁渣脱硫率有着重要的影响。同时,湿法炼锌沉铁渣和浸锌渣焙烧预处理的物相及微观体现都表明:采用电阻炉进行湿法炼锌沉铁渣和浸锌渣焙烧预处理是完全可行的,也是符合其工艺要求的。因此,对湿法炼锌沉铁渣和浸锌渣焙烧预处理工艺方法的选择,主要取决于对锌渣性质的了解。应该根据锌渣的性质,结合各自工厂的生产特点来选择最适合的生产方法。因此,重点阐述电阻炉在湿法炼锌沉铁渣和浸锌渣焙烧预处理中的应用工艺,并提出在其过程中应该注意的问题和环节。In the pretreatment of wet zinc smelting and slagging slag, conventional leaching, high temperature and high acidification leaching, oxygen pressure leaching are wet pretreatment of zinc smelting and slag roasting Basic working principle. According to the technical characteristics of various methods and processes, it is the most reasonable and scientific to use the resistance furnace to preheat the wet zinc smelting and the dregs.Through the study of oxygen concentration, calcination temperature, time and gas flow, we can see that these factors have an important effect on the desulfurization rate of Shentaiqi.At the same time, the physical and microcosmic manifestations of the wet pretreatment of zinc smelting and drossing slag are all : it is feasible and feasible to carry out wet pretreatmeut of wet zinc smelting and slag roasting by resistance furnace Its process requirements.Therefore, the choice of wet pretreatment process for zinc smelting and slag roasting is mainly dependent on the understanding of the nature of dross.We should be based on the specific nature of zinc slag, combined with the characteristics of their own factories to choose the most suitable production methods.This paper will focus on the application of resistance furnace in the pretreatment of wet zinc smelting and slag roasting, and put forward the problems and links in the process.
