摘 要:随着动车运行年限的增加,其集便器经过多年使用,在污物箱及管路阀门处因结垢而发生堵塞,影响使用。通过对动车集便装置清洗现状的调研,提出了使用清洗设备解决结垢问题的思路。通过清洗设备使清洗液循环流动并通过加热装置加热清洗液,提高了除垢效率。在清洗试验中对设备不断改进,取得了较好的清洗效果。本文对这种清洗设备进行了探讨,为今后应用推广提供了依据。With the increase of service life of the CRH train,blockage often occurs at the valves of wastewater tanks and pipelines of the toilet system,due to sediments accumulated after years of service. A new type of cleaning equipment was proposed in this paper based on the research of the status quo of cleaning equipment for toilet device used in CRH train depots. Sediment which was difficult to clean could be removed effectively by the circulation of cleaning solution with the help of cleaning equipment,sediment removal efficiency could also be increased by heating the cleaning solution. A good cleaning performance was achieved by repeated improvements on the equipment during the cleaning experiment. Research on this type of cleaning equipment was proposed in this paper,which provided the foundation for future popularization.
