摘  要:基于正交试验,分析单方水泥用量、不同水胶比、再生粗骨料取代率及拉应力状态下不同应力水平等各因素对再生混凝土路面砖的力学性能和抗碳化性能的影响,并用总功效系数法对配合比进行优化。试验数据表明:单方水泥用量、水胶比和再生粗骨料取代率是影响再生混凝土路面砖力学性能最显著的因素;强度随着单方水泥用量的降低而降低,随着水胶比的增大而降低。再生粗骨料取代率在60%左右时,抗碳化性能最好。用总功效系数法优化,确定出最优配合比,制备再生混凝土路面砖,满足规范要求。An orthogonal experiment was designed in this paper considering water-cement ratio,recycled coarse and fine aggregate, slag, fly ash, carbonization time, as well as the stress level underload. And the total efficiency coefficient method was used to optimize the mixture ratio. Experimentalresults showed that unilateral cement dosage, water binder ratio and regeneration coarse aggregatereplacement ratio are affecting the regeneration of the most significant factors of mechanical propertiesof concrete road brick; strength decreases with the decrease of the unilateral cement dosage, with waterto binder ratio decreases. When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is about 60%, thecarbonation resistance is the best. With the total efficacy coefficient method to obtain the optimal mixratio, prepared to meet the specification requirements.
