摘　　要：自贸区建设作为"一带一路"战略的重要节点,是我国深化改革开放、与国际接轨的重要举措。林业产业作为福建省的优势产业之一,始终被摆在经济社会发展的重要位置,应借力自贸区建设,以实现转型升级。文章将深入分析自贸区建设给福建省林业产业发展带来的主要机遇与挑战,探索基于自贸区建设的福建林业产业升级战略途径。Free trade zone construction is as an important part of ＂the Belt and R.oad Initiatives＂. It＇ s an essential strategy to deepen Chinese reform and to keep in line with international standards. Being one of the competitive indurtries in Fujian province, forestry industry owns the important position in the economic and social development. It should take advantage of free trade zone construction to realize industrial transformation and upgrading. This paper analyzed the main challenges and opportunities to Fujian forestry in the construction of free trade zone to explore the way of upgrading strategy to Fujian forestry based on free trade zone construction.
