摘 要:应用ANSYS有限元软件建立50个骨料分布不同的再生混凝土数值试件,进行单轴压缩数值模拟。分析均匀性系数与再生混凝土抗压强度的关系,研究骨料分布对再生混凝土抗压强度的影响。模拟结果表明,当再生骨料分布过于均匀或分散时,会加快裂缝发展的速度,降低试件的承载力;当再生骨料大多分布在试件边缘部位时,将对混凝土抗压强度产生不利影响;当试件内在荷载施加方向上出现较大的无骨料区域时,会出现相对的强度薄弱区,导致试件承载力的降低。Using ANSYS to establish 50 different recycled concrete microaggregate distribution models to take the numerical simulation compressive experiment.Analyze the relationship between the uniformity coefficient and the compressive strength of recycled concrete, study on the influence of aggregate distribution on the compressive strength of recycled concrete.The simulation results show that when the recycled aggregates distribute either too evenly or too dispersediy, it will speed up the development of the crack, and reduce the bearing capacity of the specimen.When there cycled aggregate is mostly distributed in the edge of the specimen, it is not conducive to the enhancement of the carrying capacity.The relative strength of the weak layer will occur when the load is applied in the direction of the load, which leads to the decrease of the bearing capacity of the specimen.
