摘 要:钢纤维自密实混凝土结合了钢纤维混凝土与自密实混凝土两者的优点,被认为拥有非常好的工程应用前景。由于钢纤维自密实混凝土具有良好的流动性和免振捣等特点,其浇筑过程将直接决定钢纤维的最终分布和取向状态,这必然会影响钢纤维混凝土构件的力学性能。通过对钢纤维进行一定的简化处理,应用计算流体力学软件ANSYS CFX结合MATLAB自编程序提出了一种新的模拟钢纤维自密实混凝土浇筑过程的方法。利用该方法对一根钢纤维自密实混凝土梁的浇筑过程进行模拟,统计了钢纤维的最终分布状态,通过对比试验结果和计算结果,验证了数值模拟方法的有效性。并运用该数值模拟方法总结钢纤维分布和取向规律,对试验研究以及工程应用有一定的指导意义。Steel fiber reinforced self-compacting concrete (SFRSCC) is considered to have a very good prospects engineering application owing to the combination with the advantages of steel fiber reinforced concrete and self-compacting concrete.Due to the good flowability and free-vibration of SFRSCC,the casting process will directly determine the final distribution and orientation of steel fiber which will in- evitably affect the mechanical properties of SFRSCC.The steel fiber is simplified and a new method using computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS CFX combined with MATLAB program is proposed.The method can simulate the casting procedure of SFRSCC.The casting procedure of a SFRSCC beam is simulated, and the final distribution and orientation of steel fiber are obtained.To verify the method's accuracy, the test results and calculation results are compared,The influence of the flow SCC on the distribution and orientation of steel fiber is analyzed by using the new method.The results have a certain guiding significance to the study on experimental research and engineering application of SFRSCC.
