摘 要:首先以粒径为5~20 mm的粉煤灰陶粒为粗骨料,试配出5种满足一定强度等级的混凝土。在此基础上根据3种不同粒径陶粒以不同体积掺量比例,以自燃煤矸石破碎、筛分得到自燃煤矸石人工砂或珍珠岩作为细骨料,掺入减水剂、增稠剂等外加剂,以混凝土满足和易性、强度的同时表观密度最小为目标,配制出一系列轻质高强混凝土,探索不同材料对混凝土的影响。通过16种配合比试验,得出4种最佳配合比。充分利用粉煤灰、煤矸石等工业废料,真正实现变废为宝。Firstly,using lytag with a diameter of 5 mm to 20 mm as coarse aggregate, prepare five different kinds of concrete to meet different strength grades.Then according to the different proportion of amount of three kinds of ceramsite with different diameter, crush and sieve self-ignition coal gangue to get manufactured sand or perlite as the fine aggregate.With the objective of high workability, high strength and low apparent density,prepare a series Of light-weighted and high-strengthen concrete by mixing the fine aggregate with water reducing agent,thickening agent, foaming agent and other admixture, to explore the influence of different materials on concrete.Through sixteen kinds of mixture ratio tests, four optimal mixture ratios are found.Make full use of fly ash, coal gangue and other industrial wastes, truly turning waste into treasure.
