摘  要:通过以水泥、陶粒、粉煤灰为主要原料制作轻质微孔节能型混凝土砌块,研发出一种节约能源、绿色轻质的新型墙体材料。在大量相关试验研究及试验分析基础上,结合实际情况选用较为理想的配合比,并在不改变试验条件情况下添加各种外加剂改进混凝土砌块各项性能。混凝土砌块力学及抗冻性能测试试验表明,轻质微孔节能型混凝土砌块具有良好的力学性能及耐久性能,符合相关建筑规范要求。实践证明,该混凝土砌块可在房屋建筑的隔墙中得到广泛应用,可为我国新型墙体材料发展提供借鉴。It through the cement,haydite, fly ash,as the main raw material to make lightweight microporous energy-saving concrete brick,the development of a kind of new wall materials to save energy and green lightweight.On the basis of a large number of relevant ex- periment research and analysis, combined with the actual situation to choose ideal mixture ratio, and without changing the experimental conditions to addition various admixture to improve all the performance of concrete brick.Concrete brick mechanics and antifreeze perfor- mance testing experiment showed that the mechanical properties and durability of the lightweight microporous energy-saving concrete brick are well, conform to the requirements of the relevant building codes.Testing experiment has proved that the concrete brick can be widely used in the partition of the building, can provide reference for development of new wall materials in China.
