摘  要:TRC(Tensile Reinforced Concrete,织物增强混凝土,简称TRC)空间织物夹芯板是一种新型保温复合墙板,与普通TRC夹芯板的制作工艺上最大不同在于TRC板与夹芯材料的连接方式。不同于后者的自然连接,这里将空间织物嵌入于夹芯层和两个混凝土面层中从而将三者连接在一起以增加面层和芯层的连接牢度。主要从夹芯层的特性与该夹芯板整体力学性能两个方面阐述本设计方案的优越性。Textile-reinforced concrete (TRC) sandwich panel with three dimensional fabric is a sort of new composite wall with Insula- tion properties.The largest differences between traditional TRC sandwich panel and TRC three dimensional fabric sandwich is the connec- tion of TRC slabs and sandwich section.Unlike the latter's natural connection, the space fabric as connection of the former will be embed between the sandwich section and two concrete slab.The three are connected together to increase the surface layer and the connection fast- ness of sandwich section.It describes the advantages of the invention and the overall mechanical properties of the sandwich panel in the re- spect of he overall characteristics of the sandwich section and the mechanical properties of the sandwich panels.It describes the design princi- ples of the present invention, the choice of materials and production methods of the sandwich panel.We determine the material of core layer by result of compression test and the characteristics of the material itself.
