摘 要:控制混凝土坍落度损失常用的方法有两种:一种是合成接枝共聚物,引入带有立体静电斥力的分子结构;另一种是复配带有相应功能的无机或有机物。前者需要有相应的合成设备,工艺复杂,环保和技术要求高,而采用第二种方法相对简单的多。笔者经过反复多次试验探索,通过多组分组合,利用其相互影响的叠加效应,研制出一种新型超保坍泵送剂,这种超保坍型泵送剂能使混凝土坍落度保持6 h基本无损,且凝结时间无明显延长,后期强度并不降低。介绍这一超保坍型泵送剂的生产试验情况及其在实际工程中的应用效果。There are two ways to control concrete slump losses,one is to synthesize well-defined graft copolymers,which means to in- troduce molecular structure with three-dimensional electrostatic repulsion.The other way is compounding inorganic or organic with plastic- ty the former needs relevant synthesizing equipment, it requires extremely complicated technology and high cost.However, the production process of the latter is simple, but it's difficult to control concrete slump losses if we make improper selection.After continuously experi- ments and explorations, it develop a new super slumps-keeping pumping aid, on the basis of many chemical compounds, as well as the in- teraction and superimposed effects of it, to keep the concrete slump losses undamaged for nearly 6 hours, no obviously extension of con- crete setting time and strength reduction.It mainly focuses on the experiments condition of the super slumps-keeping pumping aid and its application effects in actual engineering projects.
