摘 要:杜仲生产的反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯橡胶(杜仲胶)是由异戊二烯单元聚合形成的不同分子大小的混合物,主要沉积于细胞的空隙之间,提取困难。为正确分析测定杜仲材料中杜仲胶的含量,以杜仲果翅为材料,采用氯仿、石油醚和甲苯3种有机溶剂,配合超声波处理组成6种不同的提取方法,以杜仲胶的提取得率以及分子量分布为衡量标准,对杜仲胶的分析测定方法进行比较。结果表明,采用氯仿作为有机溶剂,杜仲胶提取得率明显高于其他方法,可达到7.47%;氯仿配合超声波处理,会更进一步促进小分子或大分子杜仲胶聚合物的溶出和提取,所得杜仲胶的分子量分布范围更宽,分子量分布指数可达9.99。The trans-l,4-polyisoprene rubber produced by Eucommia ulmoides Oliver (Eucommia-rubber), which consists of different molecular sizes of polymers polymerized from the isoprene units, mainly accumulates in the cell gaps and is difficult to extract. To develop an effective method for the analysis of eucommia-rubber from E. ulrnoides, the winged perianths were used as the material, and six pressing methods comprised three kinds of organic solvents, chloroform, petroleum ether and toluene assisted sonication were tested. The extraction efficiency was evaluated by the extraction rate and the molecular weight distribution of extracted eucommia-rubber. The results showed that using chloroform as the organic solvent, the extraction rate was 7.47%, which was significant higher than others, and using chloroform assisted sonication, a quantity of small and big molecular of eucommia-rubber could be more efficiently dissolved and extracted, reflecting that its molecular weight distribution index was up to 9.99. Our research would supply a favorable technique for the extraction and analysis of trans-polyisoprene rubber.
