摘 要:目的掌握湘潭、锡矿山地区居民人发锑含量暴露水平,为锑暴露风险评估提供基础数据。方法选择湘潭、锡矿山地区居民作为调查对象,收集人发104份,以原子荧光光谱法测定发锑含量并对结果进行分析。结果在73份湘潭地区居民人发中,总锑检出率为84.9%;测定值范围为ND^0.94μg/g。平均值为0.24μg/g,中位值为0.21μg/g。其性别、年龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在31份锡矿山街道居民人发中,均检出锑,其检测值范围为1.65~70.00μg/g。平均值为20.80μg/g。中位值为13.00μg/g。结论湘潭地区居民锑含量主要分布范围为ND^0.30μg/g,处于较低水平,锑的环境暴露水平较低,生态环境未受到污染。锡矿山街道居民发锑含量主要分布在3.18~63.00μg/g区间,处于较高水平,锑的环境暴露风险较高。Objective To investigate the content of antimony in human hair from Xiangtan and the Xikuangshan, and to provide the basic data for antimony exposure assessment. Methods 104 hair samples were collected from the residents in Xiangtan and Xikuangshan district and were analyzed by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The antimony was detected in 73 hair samples ,and the total determination rate was 84.9%. The determination range was from ND to 0.94 μg/g. The average was 0. 24 μg/g,and the medium was 0.21 μg/g. There was no significant statistical difference between different sex and age( P 〉 0. 05 ). Antimony was detected in all 31 samples from Xikuangshan. The determination range was from 1.65 μg/g to 70.00 }μg/g. The average was 20.80 μg/g, and the medium was 13.00 μg/g. Conclusion The content of antimony of residents in Xiangtan in between ND -0.30 μg/g, and the environmental exposure risk is at a low level and there is no pollution to the ecological environment. The content of antimony of residents in Xikuangshan is between 3.18 ~ 63.00 μg/g,imposing a high - level risk of exposure of antimony.
