摘  要:蒙古矿通过采用高压辊磨进行超细粉碎和蒙古矿的干式磁选工艺流程,经高压辊磨机处理后,产品的细粒级急剧增加,有利于实现细粒级条件下干式磁选抛尾,可获得矿石铁品位达60%以上,磁性铁品位58.59%,全铁回收率92.77%,磁性铁回收率96.12%的干选精矿,选矿技术指标较好.The process of the high pressure roller and dry magnetic separation of Mongolian mine was introduced. The Mongolian iron ore produced by high pressure roll grinding was applied to discard plenty of coarse tailing in advance and the small particles ratio in- creased significantly. Iron concentrate with grade of over 60% and magnetite concentrate with grade of 58.59% were obtained. Iron re- covery rate of 92.77% and magnetite recovery rate of 96.12% were reached. The excellent indexes were achieved.
