科技人才对内蒙古经济增长的贡献研究

摘　　要：随着人才强国战略的实施,科技人才在经济增长中发挥着越来越重要的作用.文章首先在经典C-D生产函数的人力资本分类模型基础上,扩展了生产要素,然后对模型涉及的具体变量和数据进行分析和测算,接着通过岭回归分析对模型的参数进行估计并测算出科技人才对内蒙古经济增长的贡献率,最后提出本文的研究结论.研究表明:科技人才对经济增长的贡献明显高于普通劳动力对经济增长的贡献.With the implementation of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development, people with high talent in science and technology play an increasingly important role in economic growth. The production factors of human capital classification model were expanded based on human capital classification model of C - D production function, the data of the specific variables of the model were analyzed and calculated, and the paranleters of the model were estimated by using ridge regression analysis. Accordingly, the contribution rate of scientific and technological personnel to economic growth in Inner Mongolia was measured, putting forward the research conclusion. Research shows that the contribution of high-tech talents to economic growth is significantly higher than that of the ordinary labor to economic growth.
