摘 要:目的分析初次与固定无偿献血者HIV抗体检测不合格率原因。方法对本献血站2016年5月~2016年12月30例无偿献血者HIV抗体不合格者,对其献血次数关系给予回顾分析。记录比较初次及固定无偿献血者总不合格率、不同性别不合格率、不同年龄段不合格率。结果固定无偿献血者HIV抗体检测不合格率为0.11%,低于初次无偿献血者的0.31%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);初次与固定无偿献血者HIV抗体检测不合格率中,男性均高于女性,且固定者低于初次者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);初次与固定无偿献血者HIV抗体检测不合格率均集中于31~40岁及51~60岁年龄段,且固定者低于初次者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对无偿献血前献血者具体情况征询,并实施血液筛查,对低危固定的无偿献血者建立长期档案,提高检测人员技术水平,加强检测管理,有效降低血液报废率,保证血液安全。Objective To analyze the failure reason of HIV antibody detection of primary and fixed unpaid blood donors. Methods HIV antibody unqualified person in 30 cases of unpaid blood donors in our Blood Center from May 2016 to December 2016 were slected. Their blood donation relationship was retrospectively analyzed. The total failure rate, the rate of failure of different gender, different age rate of failure of primary and fixed unpaid blood donors were recorded and compared. Results The unqualified rate of HIV antibody of fixed unpaid blood donors was 0.11%, which was lower than that of primary unpaid blood donors with 0.31%, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Among the rate of failure of HIV antibody test in the first time and fixed free blood donors, the male was higher than the female, and the fixation was lower than the first, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The unqualified rate of HIV antibody test for the first time and the fixed blood donors was concentrated in 31-40 years old and 51-60 years old, the fixed unpaid blood donors were lower than the primary unpaid blood 'donors, and the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It is important to consult the specific circumstances of blood donors before donating blood, implement blood screening, establish long-term file for the low risk fixed unpaid blood donors, improve the technical level of testing personnel, strengthen test management, and effectively reduce blood scrap rate for blood safety.
