摘　　要：目的探讨脑室-腹腔分流术术后并发症的发生情况,为提高患者生活质量提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2015年1月~2016年6月行脑室-腹腔分流术脑水肿患者96例临床资料,观察其术后并发症发生情况。结果脑室-腹腔分流术后25例患者出现并发症,其中感染9例,颅内血肿3例,分流过量3例,分流不足6例,癫痫4例,并发症发生率为26.04%。结论脑室-腹腔分流术的并发症率较高,需重视手术适应证的选择、手术操作技巧和术后处理。Objective To investigate the incidence of postoperative complications of ventriculo peritoneal shunt, and to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of patients. Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with cerebral ventricular shunt from January 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Postoperative complications were observed. Results There were 25 cases of complications after ventriculo peritoneal shunt, intracranial hematoma in 3 cases, shunt in excess of 3 cases, shunt in less than 6 cases, and epilepsy in 4 cases. The incidence of complications was 26.04%, including infection in 9 cases. Conclusion The rate of complications of ventriculo peritoneal shunt is high, and it is necessary to pay attention to the choice of surgical indications, surgical skills and postoperative management.
