名人故居的开发与保护——以刘少奇故居的保护为例

摘　　要：指出了湖南刘少奇故居位于中国湖南省宁乡县花明楼炭子冲。刘少奇故居因其红色文化历史,因而受到国家的保护,并作为现代人游览、科普文化之地。故居曾遭遇抗日、文革等历史时期的损坏,但经过后期的维护和修缮,相对保持其各单体建筑的完整和构筑的安全,尽可能地使建筑延续其历史完整性和本真性。但因刘少奇故居现定位为旅游胜地,如何保护故居建筑,适宜地制定系统的维护策略,将故居历史很好地延续下去,成为文物保护单位以及每一位游客要思考的问题,为此分析了其周边风貌、建筑质量,提出了相关的保护策略。The former residence of Liu Shaoqi is located in Ningxiang County, Hunan Province. The former residence of Liu Shaoji is protected by the state and modern people visit the popular science culture because of its red cultural history. The former residence has suffered damage from the anti-Japanese, Cultural Revolution and other historical periods. Through maintenance and repairs, the single building remained relatively integrate and safe as far as possible to make the continuation of its historical authenticity and integrity. However, as a resort, it is a question on how to protect the former residence building and appropriately make Systematic measures to protect its healthy development. Every visitor and cultural relic protection units should do their duty to protect it. Relevant protection strategy was put forward after analyzing its surrounding style and building quality.
