摘 要:指出了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是生物体内防御氧化损伤的一种十分重要的金属酶,作为超氧阴离子自由基的专一清除剂,在疾病的治疗、食品、化妆品、农业等方面具有广泛的应用。以大豆为实验材料,对其中的SOD酶提取流程进行了优化,然后利用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法测定了所提取的SOD酶的活性,建立了最适合大豆的SOD酶提取流程。最后对九个不同产地大豆SOD酶活性进行了比较,结果显示:来自黑龙江的大豆酶活力最高,适合大规模生产。Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) is an important metal enzyme preventing organism irom the oxidative dam- age. As a unique scavenger for superoxide anion free radical, SOD has a range of application in disease treatment, ag- riculture, food and cosmetics. This study was aimed to distinguish the SOD content from different districts and get insight into pertinence in large-- scale production. SOD was extracted from 9 districts by adopting improved 1, 2, 3 trihydroxybenzene method and the activity Of extracted SOD in nine different producing areas were examined. The re- suits revealed that soybean from Heilongjiang showed highest activity and was suitable for large--scale production.
