摘 要:复合相变材料性能优异,如何对其综合性能进行科学的评价,关系到相变材料的发展和相变领域的开拓。基于功效系数法原理,在综合分析复合相变材料制备工艺和应用性能的基础上,选取相变潜热、包覆率、导热系数、热稳定性、热效率、质量损失率和活化能为评价指标,采用变异系数法计算评价因子的权重系数,建立复合相变材料综合性能评价体系;以二十五烷/膨胀石墨复合相变材料为例进行检验,预测结果较好地反映了实际情况,说明基于功效系数法的复合相变材料综合性能评价体系具有较好的可靠性和实用性,为复合相变材料综合性能评价提供了一种新的思路和方法。Composite phase change material possess excellent properties. How to evaluate the comprehensive performance of composite phase change materials effectively relates to the development of the technology and field of phase change materials. Based on the principle of efficacy coefficient method, the preparation technology and application performance of composite phase change ma- terials were analyzed synthetically. Evaluation factors such as phase change latent heat, cladding rate, thermal conductivity coeffi- cient, thermal stability, thermal efficiency, mass loss rate and activation energy were selected. Variation coefficient method was adopted to calculate the weight coefficient of the evaluation factors, and a comprehensive performance evaluation system of composite phase change materials was set up. Pentacosane/expanded graphite composite phase change material was taken for example, the mo- del was tested to predict the results which reflect the actual situation well. The comprehensive performance evaluation system has high reliability and practicability, and it can provide new ideas and methods for comprehensive performance evaluation of composite phase change materials.
