摘　　要：为了满足ISO/TS 16949:2009质量体系要求,各主机厂均在进行发动机产品审核,但大多是基于发动机性能试验的产品审核,关于耐久试验产品审核工作涉及较少。该文结合实际工作,对发动机耐久试验产品审核的方法进行了论述,具体分析了耐久试验产品审核的过程和方法,通过耐久试验产品审核方法的运用,确保了产品满足企业质量体系的要求,有效地控制了开发阶段的产品质量,节约了审核成本。In order to meet ISO/TS 16949：2009 quality system requirements, all engine factories carry out the engine product approval, but most are based on the engine performance test product approval, the work on the durability test product approval seldom involves. This paper describes the methods of the engine durability test product approval combined with the actual work, analyzes the flow process and methods of the durability test product approval. The application of durability test product approval can make the product meet the requirements of the enterprise quality system, greatly control the product quality in development stage and save the cost of product approval.
