摘 要:钢筋混凝土结构因其具有的各种优点得到了广泛的应用,所以常在各种复杂环境下服役,当钢筋受到氯盐侵蚀作用时,往往会在钢筋某处产生较大的坑蚀。利用压磁效应对完整钢筋(未锈蚀钢筋)及坑蚀钢筋的磁信号进行分析,试验结果表明:蚀坑深度是影响坑蚀钢筋性能最主要的因素,磁感强度-变形曲线能在钢筋屈服阶段对点蚀情况进行判断,相比传统的荷载-变形曲线更能反映点蚀钢筋在受拉过程中的变化过程信息。Reinforced concrete structures have been widely used due to their advantages,and they take service in complex environment.The pitting corrosion often occur to steel bars on its surface when it is subjected to the chloride ion environment.The piezomagnetic signals of non-corrosion steel bars and pitting corrosion bars were studied.The following conclusions were drawn:the depth of rust pits was the most important factor.Pitting corrosion could be judged by the magnetic induction intensity-transformation curve when the yielding occurred.Magnetic signal changes could display more precise changes than the traditional load-transformation curve when the pitting corrosion steel bars were under static loading process.
