摘 要:热膨胀系数是混凝土早期开裂计算的重要参数之一,且并非定值。通过试验研究了不同水灰比混凝土早期热膨胀系数的变化规律,分析了水灰比对混凝土热膨胀系数的影响机理,提出了考虑水灰比影响的混凝土早期热膨胀系数计算方法。研究表明:混凝土早期热膨胀系数随水灰比的增加而减小。研究结果可为混凝土早期开裂计算提供试验依据和计算模型。Thermal expansion coefficient(TEC) is one of the important parameters in concrete cracking calculation at early age, however it is not a fixed value. The change law of the thermal expansion coefficient of concrete with different water-cement ratio at early age was studied by means of test in the paper. The mechanism of influence of water-cement ratio on the thermal expansion coefficient of concrete was analyzed and the corresponding calculation methods of the thermal expansion coefficient of concrete at early age were then suggested by considering effects of water-cement ratio. The results showed that the thermal expansion coefficient of concrete at early age decreased with increasing water-cement ratio, which could provide experiment basis and calculation model for the calculation of concrete structure cracking at early age.
