摘 要:珠海仁恒滨海中心A标段塔楼东侧为逐层内收的悬挂结构,其悬挑跨度大,施工顺序复杂,施工难度高,且施工过程中存在受力体系的多次转换。为此,采用模型累积法对该悬挂结构进行了施工全过程的模拟分析,并在施工实施过程中选取关键构件的应力及关键点的竖向变形进行了施工过程监测。由监测值与施工过程模拟结果对比可知:两者数据变化趋势基本一致,吻合良好,施工阶段结构处于安全可控状态。由此表明:施工过程模拟分析对实际工程施工及监测具有指导作用;施工过程模拟与现场监测是保证复杂结构施工质量和安全的重要评估指标。The east of the tower in A-section of Zhuhai Renheng Marina Center is a suspended structure which narrows storey by storey with a long-span cantilever,complex construction process and high construction difficulty.Furthermore,the transformation of force system during the construction procedure were observed several times.According to these characteristics,a construction simulation analysis throughout the construction process of the suspended structure was conducted by using the model accumulation method and the construction monitoring of the stress of key components and the vertical deformation of key joints were also conducted during construction.Through the comparison between the monitoring data and the results from the construction simulation,it was shown that they were in good agreement and had a similar variation tendency; the structure was in a safe and controllable state during the construction.All of these indicated that the simulation analysis played a guiding role in the construction and monitoring of the practical project; construction simulation and monitoring were the important evaluation indexes that ensured construction quality and safety of the complex structure.
