摘 要:目的:研究和比较花鹿鞭和马鹿鞭对小鼠抗疲劳的作用。方法:将梅花鹿鞭和新西兰马鹿鞭醇提物粉末分别配制成高、中、低剂量组样品溶液,小鼠连续灌胃28 d后,测定小鼠负重游泳的时间,疲劳小鼠血清中尿素氮(BUN)、血乳酸(BLA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肝糖原(LG)、肌糖原(MG)及肝脏组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)氧化应激指标。结果:与空白对照组相比,新西兰马鹿鞭和梅花鹿鞭均可延长小鼠负重游泳时间,降低运动后小鼠BUN、BLA和MDA水平,升高LDH、LG、MG、SOD和GSH水平,改善小鼠疲劳状况;新西兰马鹿鞭较梅花鹿鞭抗疲劳效果更为显著,其中高剂量组效果更好,存在剂量依赖。结论:2种鹿鞭均对小鼠有明显的抗疲劳功效,为鹿鞭进一步研究和合理开发利用提供理论参考。Objective: To study and compare the anti-faigue effect on two deer testis et Penis Cervi in mice. Methods: Every group with alcohol extract of two deer testis et Penis Cervi of Cervus nippon and Cervus elaphus in low, mid and high dose(100, 200, 400 mg/kg) were gavaged in sample for 28 days, then loaded-swimming time, serum urea nitrogen(BUN), blood lactic acid(BLA), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), liver glycogen(LG) and muscle glycogen(MG) and antioxidant indexes(SOD, MDA and GSH) were measured. Results: Compared with control, alcohol extract of two deer testis et Penis Cervi all could prolong the swimming time in mice. The results were that they reduce the levels of BUN, BLA and MDA, and increase the levels of LDH, LG, MG, SOD and GSH, which improve indexes of the anti-fatigue function, which the effects of high dose group and testis et Penis Cervi of Cervus elaphus were best. Conclusion: Two deer testis et Penis Cervi both have obvious anti-fatigue effect in mice and was closely related to dose.
