抗战史和二战史视野下的战后中国对日索赔

摘　　要：几十年来,我们对抗日战争的认识,有一个不断追求真实、不断改进和提升的演变过程。在这一过程中,学术界对抗日战争领域的许多重大历史问题或有争论的观点,均作了较为深入地探讨,取得了可喜的学术成就,但毋庸置疑,仍有很多问题,甚至是重大问题尚乏探讨。基于此,习近平总书记在2015年纪念抗日战争胜利70周年之际发表了一系列重要讲话,指示我们继续加大开展抗战研究的力度,并给出了如何更好地开展抗战研究的指导意见。2017年是以卢沟桥事变为标志的抗日战争全面爆发80周年纪念日。值此重要时刻,应《河北学刊》杂志社之邀,由我来主持一组关于"卢沟桥事变与中国全面抗战研究之推进"的专题讨论文章,这组文章既有对抗日战争研究如何推进的宏观探讨,也有关于如何在抗战史和二战史视野下认识战后中国对日索赔问题的省思,还有关于七七事变前后中日关系走向的系统考察,各篇文章看似较为分散,实则都对如何推进抗战研究提出了重要观点,总体上呈现了"瞻前顾后"的特点,也都均触及了本专题的核心问题,即所有的抗战史研究都不能摆脱卢沟桥事变这一开启中国全面抗战的重要基点。For decades of years,great achievements have been made in the study of important historical issues of the Anti-Japanese War,but there still exist some problems to make clear. The year of 2017 is the eightieth anniversary and on this occasion a few papers to be published in Hebei Academic Journal will widely discuss how to promote the further study of Anti-Japanese War,of which one paper focuses on how to understand the issue of the postwar Japanese compensation in the perspectives of the history of the Republic of China and the Anti-Japanese War,and another gives an systematic review of Sino-Japanese relations before and after the Lugou Bridge Incident. In brief,these papers are characteristic of looking back and ahead,namely,studies on the history of Anti-Japanese War must center on the Lugou Bridge Incident.
