摘 要:采用静电自组装的方式制备一种浅色碳纳米管/钛白导电填料。选用可形成透明导电网络的单壁碳纳米管(TNSR)以及小管径多壁碳纳米管(TNM2)分别制备浆料,固定碳纳米管浆料中非离子表面活性剂(TNWDIS)用量,调节阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的用量,制得的浆料分别与钛白复合。实验得出TNSR/钛白(CF-0)中TNWDIS用量为碳纳米管质量的50%,CTAB用量为100%;TNM2/钛白(CF-2)中TNWDIS为碳纳米管质量的30%,CTAB用量为15%时可得到稳定产品。测得2种复合物在灰度为65%左右时,粉体体积电阻率均在3Ω·cm左右。将TNM2含量为6%的CF-2应用于制备多花色品种导静电粉末涂料中,取得了良好的效果。In this study, a light-colored carbon nanotube/titanium dioxide conductive filler has been prepared by electrostatic self-assembly multilayer. A type of SWNT named TNSR and a type of small-diameter MWNT named TNM2 which can form transparent conduc- tive network are respectively used to prepare the slurries. The dosage of TNWDIS is controlled unchanged while the amount of CATB is adjusted, thus the prepared slurry is commixed with titanium dioxide. The results show that the TNSR/titanium dioxide conductive filler has stable property when TNWDIS is 50% of the TNSR by weight and CTAB was 100% of the TNSR. Meanwhile, the TNM2/titanium dioxide conductive filler has stable property when TNWDIS is 30% of the TNSR by weight and CATB is 15% of the TNSR. The volume resistivity of the two composites are about 3 Ω· cm when the gray value is about 65%. Furthermore, a good result is obtained when the CF-2 comprising 6% of TNM2 is applied in the preparation of the muhi- color static conductive powder coatings.
