摘 要:通过实验研究了红外反射颜料对水性建筑涂料性能的影响,分析了反射颜料提高反射性能的机理,分别提供了具有高反射性能的白色涂料和彩色涂料的制备方案。研究结果表明:当涂料中普通二氧化钛的添加量达到配方量的10%,可制得反射性能良好的白色涂料,而在制备彩色涂料时则需要添加大粒径的二氧化钛,才能保证涂层的反射性能,尤其是近红外反射性能。实验分析表明根据所需制备涂料的颜色选择合适的二氧化钛粒径搭配,可制得反射性能良好的彩色涂料。Through the experimental study on the effect of infrared reflection properties of pigment in waterborne architectural coatings, and analysis on the mechanism of improving the performance of reflective pigments, the preparation methods of white coatings and color coatings with high reflective properties were provided. The results showed that a good reflective white coating could be obtained when the amount of ordinary titanium dioxide was 10% of the total weight of coating formula. If a colorful coating was prepared, the titanium dioxide with larger particle size was required to ensure the reflectivity, especially near infrared reflectivity. The experimental results showed that the colorful coating with good reflective performance could be obtained by selecting the TiO2 particles with appropriate particle size and mass ratio thereof according to the given requirement.
