摘　　要：依据电子证照在安全保护前提下实现政务信息共享的需求,创新性引入区块链技术,设计了一种电子证照共享平台。该平台利用区块链技术的去中心化、不可篡改、分布式共同记账、非对称加密和数据安全存储等特点,实现了电子证照的安全可信共享,实现各地、各部门和各层级间政务数据的互连互通,支撑政府高效施政,优化了服务。According to the requirement of electronic certification realizing government affair in-formation sharing under the security protection, the blockchain technology is innovatively intro-duced, and an electronic certification sharing platform is designed. The blockchain technology is characterized by decentralization, irreversibility, distribution of joint accounting, asymmetric en-cryption, and data-security. With these technical features, the platform realizes secure and credi-ble electronic certification sharing, and the government affair data connectivity between different districts, different departments or different levels. The platform can support the government ef-ficient administration and optimize services.
