摘　　要：首先,介绍了计算机网络系统运行可靠性综合评价的一般分析方法,并以某计算机网络系统历年故障统计数据为例,建立了计算机网络系统可靠性综合评价指标体系,并采用层次化结构模型构建可靠性综合评价模型;然后,利用层次分析法(AHP)计算获得计算机网络系统的可靠性综合评价量化结果,分析了不同网络故障对计算机网络系统可靠性综合评价水平的影响重要程度;最后,给出了提高网络运行可靠性的措施和建议。Firstly, the general evaluating method for computer network system reliability is intro-duced. Taking an example of the statistical fault data over the years of a computer network sys-tem ,a comprehensive evaluating index system for the computer network system reliability is set up, and the comprehensive evaluating model for the reliability is built by the hierarchical struc-ture model. Then, the reliability comprehensive evaluating result in the computer network sys-tem is obtained by the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. The different network faults on the in-fluence degree of reliability comprehensive evaluation level in the computer network system are analyzed. Finally,some measures and recommendations are proposed for improving the computer network system reliability.
