摘　　要：医学生主体性德育对医疗卫生事业发展和社会主义精神文明建设具有重要意义。当前医学生主体性德育信念淡化、认知模糊、情感淡漠和意志薄弱的现状,源于在医德教育中存在着轻视医德的个体性功能、教育方法缺乏科学性和理论教学与实践行为相分离的问题。医学生要提高医德认知,培养医德情感,树立医德意志,坚定医德信念,规范医德行为。Medical students爷 subjectivity moral education has a great significance of the medical and health undertakings development and construction of socialist spiritual civilization. The present situation of current medical students subjectivity moral faith desalinate, fuzzy cognition, emotional indifference, and the weak will, there is a contempt of medical ethics in individual capabilities, lack of scientific education method and a separation of the theory teaching and practice phase behavior. Medical students need to improve medical ethics cognition, culture medical ethics emotion, the will to set up the medical ethics, medical ethics faith, regulate the behavior of medical ethics.
