摘　　要：通过对原始文献的考证及文本分析,对1942年创刊的《贵州卫生》与贵州现代卫生事业的发展进行研究,以认识期刊与地方医学发展的特殊关系。《贵州卫生》是在抗战时期贵州迎来教育和科技学术期刊大发展时期的背景下创刊的,它传播最新卫生知识,沟通卫生信息,弘扬卫生技术,传达卫生法令,见证和促进了贵州卫生事业现代化进程。Through the research of original papers, the analysis of the development of Modern Health in Guizhou and ＂Guizhou Health＂ ,a periodical commenced in 1942 shows that periodicals are specially related to advances in local medicine.＂ Guizhou Health＂ founded during the Anti-Japanese War when Guizhou was at a time of significant development in education and academic journals. This periodical spread the latest hygienic knowledge, shared health information, carried forward health technology, conveyed health decrees, witnessed and promoted the development of health service in Guizhou.
