摘　　要：酒店定位策划和可行性研究是现代酒店建设中不可分割的一部分,且随着现代酒店业市场的迅猛发展,酒店定位策划和可研报告被越来越多的酒店开发商所重视,酒店开发的科学性、可行性和可操作性是值得思考研究的问题,该文围绕着酒店定位策划和可行性研究报告及其延伸性这个酒店开发的持续指导过程对此进行了一系列分析和探讨。The hotel positioning planning and feasibility study is an integral part of the construction of the modern hotel. With the rapid development of the industry market of modern hotel, hotel positioning planning and feasibility report attract more and more attention by the hotel developers. The science, feasibility and operability of hotel development are the problems worth thinking. This article analyzes and discusses the hotel positioning planning, feasibility study report and its extension and the continuous guidance process of the hotel.
