摘　　要：本文为探究城镇化下人与人的新族群关系,以青岛市黄岛区为例展开问卷调查与口头访谈,运用spass软件得出影响邻里关系的相关因素,分析影响当代邻里关系的原因。结合国内外先进的物业管理模式以及从人的心理学,给出改变邻里关系的合理性建议。In order to explore the new ethnic relationship of human under urbanization, this paper takes Huangdao District of Qingdao as an example to carry out questionnaires and oral interviews, uses spass software to obtain the relevant factors affecting neighborhood relations, and analyzes the reasons that affect the relationship between contemporary neighborhoods. Combined with domestic and foreign advanced property management model and from the psychology of people, the reasonable recommendations for changing neighborhood relationship are given.
