摘  要:工程项目建设实施过程参与方众多,合同争端不可避免,争端处理过程也非常复杂,大多合同争端表现为合同索赔,所以研究工程合同争端谈判中索赔双方的动态博弈过程很重要。本文基于动态博弈理论和MAS理论(Multi-Agents),构建了工程项目业主与承包商处理合同争端的索赔谈判模型,通过使用Zeuthen策略,模拟出谈判双方的动态议价过程,为谈判双方提供报价依据,有利于谈判的尽快达成。There are many parties involved in the process of the construction project implementation, so the contract dispute is inevitable, and the dispute process is very complicated. Most disputes are contract claims, so the research on the dynamic game process between the claims in the contract dispute negotiations is very important. This paper based on the dynamic game theory and MAS(MultiAgents), constructed the claim negotiation model for handling contract disputes beween the project owner and the contractor. Through the use of Zeuthen strategy, to simulate the dynamic bargaining process of the negotiating parties and to offer basis for quotation, which is conducive to negotiations as soon as possible.
