手机课堂在党员教育中的应用研究——以常州纺院利用手机课堂开展“两学一做”学习教育为例

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,中国共产党坚持党要管党、从严治党,这对高校基层党支部工作,尤其是党员教育工作提出了更高要求。如何把握"两学一做"学习教育的契机,确保对党员的学习教育落到实处,成了摆在高校基层党支部书记面前的重要课题。本文以常州纺院基层党支部利用手机课堂开展"两学一做"学习教育为例,针对党员教育常态化中集中学习面临的实际难题,从管理方法信息化着眼,指出手机课堂在党员教育中的作用和优点,旨在为基层党支部利用移动课堂开展党员教育提供可借鉴的经验。Since the 18th National Congress , the Connunist Party of China has insisted that the Party nust manage the Party strictly , which has put for^-ard higher requirements for Party branches work in colleges and universities , especially the education of Party nenbers. How to grasp the opportunity of studies on the theoretical and practical issues of Party building , and to ensure that the Party nenbers＇ learning and education has been carried out, has becone an inportant topic faced by the Party secretaries in colleges and universities . This paper takes classroon learning with a nobile phone in Party building studies in the Party branch of Changzhou Textile Institute as an exanple, and according to the actual problens of centralized learning in Party education nornalization , fron the view of nanagenent nethod infornation , points out the advantages of nobile phone classroon in the education of Party nenbers, in order to provide useful experience for the Party branch to use nobile classroon to carry out Party education .
