摘 要:随着科技的进步,工程建设越来越大型化、复杂化,工程建设过程中业主与承包商之间的矛盾越来越不不可调和。由于一系列的原因,双方总会就建设工期、施工成本等方面产生争执,而争执的解决办法只有谈判。本文通过采用Muti-Agent模拟基于时间让步策略和Zeuthen策略,根据谈判双方在不同轮次的效用值、保留值和初始值,模拟双方的谈判报价过程,以求为谈判方提供报价依据,使谈判更有效率。With the progress of science and technology, engineering construction is becoming larger and more complicated, and the contradiction between the owner and the contractor is irreconcilable in the process of construction. For a series of reasons, the two parties will always have dispute in construction duration, construction costs and other aspects, and the only solution of the dispute is negotiation.Based on the Muti-Agent time concession strategy and Zeuthen strategy, this paper simulates the negotiating quotation process of the two parties in different rounds according to the utility value, the retention value and the initial value of the two parties in order to provide basis for the negotiation, and make the negotiation more efficient.
