摘 要:城市污染河道缺氧会导致水体发黑变臭。设计轮叶黑藻、苦草、金鱼藻和狐尾藻四种沉水植物自然光照和避光条件下的复氧试验:将四种沉水植物分别放置于清水和城市污染水体中培养一周后,测定清水中溶解氧(DO)和城市污染水体中DO、氨氮(NH_4^+-N)和化学需氧量(COD)的浓度,研究水体中DO与污染物浓度的变化特性。结果表明:沉水植物复氧效果明显,四种沉水植物作用下水体在自然光照条件下DO浓度均高于避光条件下的;四种沉水植物对氨氮具有较好的去除率,自然光照条件下,轮叶黑藻、苦草、金鱼藻和狐尾藻对污染物的去除率分别为95.05%、92.74%、89.45%和88.29%;沉水植物对COD的去除效果不明显,后期水体中COD呈升高趋势。Hypoxia of urban polluted river will cause the water blacking and stinking. The experiment of Hydrilla verticillata,Vallisneria, Ceratophyllum demersum and Myriophyllum of submerged plants reaeration was designed under light condition and dark condition: the four kinds of submerged plants ware cultured in clean water and urban polluted water individually for one week,then the concentration of dis-solved oxygen( DO) in clean water and DO,chemical oxygen demand( COD) and ammonia nitrogen( NH4^+-N) in urban polluted water ware determined to study the variation characteristics of DO and the other indexes in water. The results show that the photosynthesis reaerationeffect of those four kinds of submerged plants is significant,DO concentration of the water, which each kind of submerged plants lives under natural light condition,is higher than that in dark condition. Submerged plants have good removal effect of NH4^+-N, the removal rates of NH4^+-N by Hydrilla verticillata, Vallisneria,Ceratophyllum demersum and Myriophyllum are 9 5.05%, 9 2.74%,89.45% and 88.29%respec- tively after living under natural light condition; in contrast,the removal effect of COD is not significant,Results show that the change of COD of water is irregular and the index even shows an increasing trend in the latter stage.
