Hcy、hs-CRP及脂蛋白水平在老年冠心病病人中的诊断价值及应用

摘　　要：目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及脂蛋白[Lp(a)]在老年冠心病病人中的诊断价值及应用。方法收集四川省凉山州第一人民医院收治的45例冠心病病人,作为观察组,另选45名健康志愿者作为对照组,对两组病人的Hcy、hs-CRP、Lp(a)以及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平进行检测并比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组病人血清Hcy、hs-CRP、Lp(a)以及CK-MB水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病病人血清Hcy、hs-CRP、Lp(a)以及CK-MB水平较高,其在老年冠心病病人中的诊断以及应用中具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value and application of homocysteine(Hcy),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)and lipoprotein levels in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Forty-five patients with CHD in our hospital were selected as the experimental group,and Forty-five healthy individuals were as controls.The Hcy,hs CRP,Lp(a)and creatine kinase MB isoenzyme(CK-MB)levels were detected and compared between two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the serum levels of Hcy,hs-CRP,Lp(a)and CK-MB were higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P <0.05).ConclusionThe serum levels of Hcy,hs-CRP,Lp(a)and CK-MB in patients with CHD is higher,and it has guiding significance in the diagnosis and application of the elderly patients with CHD.
