摘 要:为减少烘烤能耗,降低烘烤成本,减轻环境污染,探讨烟叶绿色烘烤工艺,从烘烤成本、能耗、烤后烟叶质量及烟囱尾气成分等方面对新型生物质烤房与常规燃煤烤房进行了对比研究。结果表明,相较于常规燃煤烤房,生物质烤房提高了烤后烟叶的质量,提高了烤房热效率,每房烤烟减少能耗1.74×10~7k J,降低用工成本150元,降低烘烤总成本50元,且烟囱尾气中CO与SO_2均显著降低,减轻了环境污染,有利于绿色生态烟草农业的发展。In order to reduce energy consumption, baking cost and environmental pollution, the application effect of new type biomass baking room was studied. Comparisons were made between the new type biomass baking room and the conventional furnace baking,from the aspects of baking cost,energy consumption,tobacco leaf quality after baking and the composition of flue gas. The results showed that the new biomass combustion baking improved the quality of tobacco leaves after baking,improved the thermal efficiency of baking room, reduced the energy consumption of 1.74×10^7kJ per room, reduced the cost of labor costs 150 yuan per room. So the total cost of each room flue cured tobacco decreased by 50 yuan. The CO and S02 in the exhaust gas of the chimney were all significantly reduced, which can reduce the environmental pollution, which is conducive to the development of green ecological tobacco agriculture.
