摘　　要：为解决制造企业数字化车间建设中机床运行参数采集的问题,以苏州创力矿山设备有限公司大件车间为例,运用OPC技术及易控组态软件,实现对车间机床的数据采集,对数据进行分析,得出机床利用率参数,为企业的决策提供必要的参考.In order to solve the problem of the operation parameters collection in numerical workshop, this paper take Suzhou Chuangli mining equipment co. , LTD. , large workshop as an example, it realized the data acquisition for the CNC machine by using the OPC technology and INSPEC configuration software. Meanwhile it obtained the utilization rate parameters of machine tool through the analysis. Furthermore, the system provided the necessary basis for the enterprise’s decision.
