“一带一路”战略视域下绍兴市开放型经济发展之思考

摘　　要：推进丝绸之路经济带和海上丝绸之路建设已成为我国构建全方位开放新格局的重要路径。本文以此为背景,分析了"一带一路"战略为绍兴经济发展带来的机遇,以及对接过程中面临的挑战;并结合贸易新业态发展趋势,就绍兴在"一带一路"战略框架下推动开放型经济发展,提出加强顶层设计、优化国际物流布局、推动海关特殊监管区域建设、加快跨境电子商务发展、构建外贸综合服务平台、发挥专业市场优势和加强信用体系建设等七项建议。The development of the Economic Belt along the Silk Road and the Maritime Silk Road has become an important pathway for China to build a brand n e w pattern of all-round opening u p. A -gainst this backdrop, the essay spells out the opportunities brought by the Initiative to the economic de-velopment of Shaoxing and the challenges to Shaoxing in docking with the Initiative. In view of the trend of the new form of trade, the essay also proposes seven recommendations on how to promote the develop-ment of an open economy in Shaoxing, including strengthening top design, optimizing the plan of inter-national logistics, pushing forward the development of customs-controlled special areas, accelerating the development of cross-border e-commerce, building one-stop service platform for foreign trade, exploi-ting the advantages of professional market and reinforcing the development of the credit system.
