摘　　要：地方高校是省区基础研究和应用研究的重要力量.研究与试验发展(R&D)经费投入不仅影响高校科技创新能力,也直接影响着省区的经济增长.通过建立面板数据模型对30个省区地方高校R&D经费投入量对经济增长的影响进行了参数估计;进一步通过计算30个省区2000-2014年地方高校R&D经费量的数学期望值和标准差,对各省地方高校R&D经费投入量进行了分类统计与分析;最后对高校R&D经费投入对经济增长影响进行了综合评价,并提出优化我国地方高校R&D经费投入的对策.Local colleges and universities are important forces in the provinces of basic research and applied research. The R＆D fund-input not only affects the university science and technology innovation ability, but also directly affects the economic growth of province. Firstly, this paper establishes the panel data model, and the influence of the R＆D fund-input of local colle-ges of 30 provinces on economic growth were estimated parametrically; Secondly,based on the data from 2000 to 2014, and by calculating the mathematical expectation and standard deviation, the R＆D fund-input amounts are classified analytically and statistically; Finally, a comprehensive appraisal is made on how R＆D expenditure in colleges affects economic growth, and we present the helpful suggestions to the policy of affording R＆D expenditure to local colleges of 30 provinces.
