摘　　要：中国互联网行业的集中度越来越高。中国互联网早期形成的"丛林法则"和"草莽精神"对当时的发展起到了一定的积极作用,并促使当下互联网巨头的形成。但在当前环境下,由此形成的行业垄断和不正当竞争现象已经对我国互联网的长期发展和国际形象都造成了长远伤害。它们所带来的行为复杂性和危害性在中国特殊的市场中变得更加错综,甚至超过了欧美国家面临的现状。通过对我国互联网行业垄断行为复杂性的研究,提炼出目前互联网垄断给社会经济、政治和行业带来的危害,并据此提出针对当下垄断行为和危害的对策研究。China Internet industry is increasingly concentrated. The ＂jungle rule＂ and ＂rebellious spirit ＂, which is the early formation of China Internet played a positive role on the development of the time and contributed to the formation of the current Internet giants. In the current environment, the resulting monopoly of the industry and unfair competition have caused long-term damage to the long-term development of China Internet and international image. The complexity of the behavior and harmfulness that they have brought become more intricate in China＇s special market, even more than the European and American countries facing the status quo. We have drawn out the harmfulness caused by the current Internet monopoly to the social economy, politics and industry through the study of the complexity of the monopoly behavior of the Internet industry in China. At the same time, we have put forward the countermeasure research on the current monopoly behavior and its harmfulness.
