摘　　要：目的探讨MIPPO技术微创内固定系统(LISS)治疗股骨远段骨折的临床疗效。方法应用MIPPO技术LISS治疗30例股骨远段骨折患者。结果患者均获得随访,时间4~21个月。骨折均骨性愈合。无伤口感染、皮肤坏死、骨不连、骨折延迟愈合发生。末次随访膝关节功能按照KSS评分法评定疗效:优10例,良18例,可2例。结论 MIPPO技术LISS治疗股骨远段骨折具有创伤小、愈合率高、并发症少的特点,是一种安全、有效的手术方法。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of less invasive stabilization system（ LISS） for the distal femoral fractures by minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis（ MIPPO）. Methods Thirty patients with the distal femoral fractures were surgically treated with LISS by MIPPO. Results All of them were followed up for4 - 21 months. All got bony union. No complications such as wound infection,skin necrosis,nonunion or delayed union of fracture were observed. At last follow-up,according to the knee society score（ KSS）,the therapeutic results were excellent in 10 cases,good in 18,fair in 2. Conclusions Treatment of the distal femoral fractures with LISS by MIPPO has the advantages such as less invasion,high rate of bone union and less complication,which is a safe and effective procedure.
