供皮区创面应用两种不同敷料的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较切取中厚皮片移植后供皮区的创面使用海藻酸盐敷料或胶粘敷料的临床效果。方法将26例中厚皮片移植的患者按使用敷料的不同分为试验组(采用胶粘敷料,13例)和对照组(采用海藻酸盐敷料,13例)。于术后24 h、72 h采用VAS评分对患者疼痛程度进行评估,同时对两组2~3周的创面愈合情况进行观察。结果术后24 h两组各项VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后72 h试验组各项VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理工作量低于对照组(P<0.05),肢体活动度高于对照组(P<0.05),说明试验组的创面舒适度更优。试验组的创面愈合情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论供皮区创面应用胶粘敷料疗效好,更舒适,且术后护理更简便。Objective To compare the clinical effect of donor site wounds were cut in thick skin graft by using alginate dressings or adhesive. Methods The thick skin graft in 26 cases of transplant patients by using different dressings were divided into experimental group（ adhesive dressings in 13 cases） and control group（ 13 cases with alginates）. At 24 h and 72 h after operation,the patients pain VAS were evaluated,and the wound healing of the two groups were observed at 2 - 3 weeks after operation. Results There was not significantly different in all items VAS of two groups at 24 h posteroperation（ P〈0. 05）,but the experimental group was lower than the control group about all items VAS at posteroperative 72 h（ P〈0. 05）. Total nursing workload of the experimental group was lower than the control group,and physical activity of the experimental group was higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,which showed that the experimental group wound comfort was better than the control group. The experimental group of wound healing was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The adhesive dressing applied to cut the wound of the donor site is good,comfortable,and the postoperative nursing is more convenient.
