摘  要:目的:对衡阳市区公共场所的秋季空气微生物(细菌和真菌)进行采样和分析,了解衡阳市空气微生物的群落结构和生态分布.方法:采用自然沉降法,分别在2014年10月10日、20日、30日,分上、中、下午三个时段对交通枢纽区、公园绿地区和文教区三个功能区,按照GBT18204.3-2013,对细菌和真菌进行采集和培养.结果:衡阳市10月份空气细菌菌落数为3116 CFU/m^3、真菌菌落数为1984 CFU/m^3、微生物总数为5101 CFU/m^3.交通枢纽的空气微生物数量明显高于公园绿地和文教区.10月中旬的空气微生物含量高于上、下旬.同一天的空气微生物含量,下午高于上、中午.结论:衡阳市10月份的空气微生物污染为微污染,且在不同功能区的群落结构和生态分布不同.Objective: To understand the air microorganisms' community structure and ecological distribution in Hengyang,the bacteria and fungi in air were collected and analyzed.Method: The bacteria and fungi were sampled with the method of natural sedimentation,according to GBT18204.3-2013,in the areas of traffic,garden greenbelts and schools in Hengyang in October,2014. Results: The total number of bacteria was 3116CFU/m^3,that of fungi was 1984 CFU/m^3 and that of airborne microbes was 5101 CFU/m^3 in October,2014. The number of microorganisms in the traffic areas was significantly higher than that in the garden greenbelts and the educational areas. Microbial content in mid-October was higher than that in early and late October and that in the afternoon higher than that in the morning and at noon. Conclusion: The air microbial contamination in Hengyang in October 2014 was minor. Air microbial contents of each functional area differed significantly.
