两种共扩链剂对水性聚氨酯分散液性能的影响

摘  要:以3,6-二氧杂-1,8-辛烷二硫醇(BOODT)、乙二胺(EDA)为二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)的共扩链剂分别制备了两种水性聚氨酯分散液WPUS和WPUN。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)对两种水性聚氨酯结构进行了表征,同时探讨了这两种扩链剂对分散液稳定性及聚氨酯胶膜热稳定性、吸水率、力学性能的影响。结果表明,WPUS的贮存稳定性较WPUN的好,WPUS膜的热稳定性较WPUN膜好,WPUS膜的吸水率及拉伸强度低于WPUN膜的,而其断裂伸长率及拉伸剪切强度高于WPUN膜的。Two series of waterborne polyurethane dispersions were synthesized by different co-chain extenders of dimethylpropionic acid, including 3,6-dioxa-1, 8-octanedithiol ( BOODT) and ethylene diamine (EDA). The structure of anionic waterborne polyurethane was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FT1R). The effects of chain extenders on the stability of dispersions,the thermal stability,water resistance and mechanical properties of polyurethane films were studied. The results showed that the waterborne polyurethane dispersion syn-thesized by BOODT as chain extender (WPUS) had better stability than the waterborne polyurethane dispersion synthesized by EDA as chain extender(WPUN). WPUS films had better thermal stability than WPUN films. The water resistance and tensile strength of WPUS films were worse than those of WPUN films,while their elongation at break and tensile shear strength were better than those of WPUN films.
