摘　　要：从营养制剂、病人相关因素、药物3方面综述了肠内营养期间病人发生腹泻的影响因素。指出应针对肠内营养期间腹泻发生的危险因素采取合理措施,以减少腹泻的发生。It summarized the influencing factors of diarrhea in patients during enteral nutrition from 3 aspects of nutrition preparation, patient related factors and drugs. And it pointed out that reasonable measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of diarrhea aiming at the risk factors of diarrhea during enteral nutrition.
