摘  要:[目的]检验医疗社会支持量表中文版(MOS-SSS-CM)应用于妇科癌症病人的信度和效度。[方法]使用便利抽样法,采用病人一般资料问卷、中文版医疗社会支持量表、领悟社会支持量表及医院焦虑抑郁量表对208例妇科癌症病人进行调查。[结果]验证性因子分析显示:各分量表的因子负荷为0.29~0.69;经效标关联效度分析,医疗社会支持量表中文版及各分量表与领悟社会支持量表呈正相关,与焦虑(除实际性支持外)、抑郁呈负相关;抑郁组医疗社会支持量表中文版得分低于非抑郁组;医疗社会支持量表中文版总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.956,其折半信度为0.936。[结论]中文版医疗社会支持量表在妇科癌症病人中应用具有良好的信效度,可以作为妇科癌症病人社会支持的评估工具。ObjectiveTo te s t the reliability and validity of MOS - SSS - CM(Chinese version) applied for gyneco-logical cancer patients. Methods: I t used convenience sampling method. A total of 208 cases of gynecological cancer patients were investigated by using the patient's general information questionnaire,the MOS -SSS -CM, perceived social support scale and hospital anxiety and depression scale. Results: Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the factor load of all branch scales was 0. 29^-0. 69. The criterion related validity analysis, medical social support scale(MOS - SSS - CM) and was positively correlated with Chinese version of each subscale and perceived social support scale(PSSS) negatively correlated with depression with its anxiety(except practical sup-port). The MOS-SSS - CM score in depression group was lower than that in non - depression group. Table Cronbach?s a coefficient of total Cronbach MOS - SSS - CM was 0. 956, and the split half reliability was 0. 936. Conclusion: The MOS - SSS - CM had good reliability and validity,and it could be used as an evaluation tool for the social support of gynecologic cancer patients.
