摘　　要：抗战时期,日本实施对华货币金融侵略政策,伪造法币成为日方破坏中国货币信用体系的重要经济侵略手段。同时,以汇兑本位制为基础的法币体系在遭遇他国货币进攻时易处于受动局面,也在一定程度上加速了伪造货币的大量丛生。通过对抗战时期伪造货币之具情进行认真梳理,其伪造货币情形归为两类:一是与金融货币战相关的伪造货币,一是普通民众伪造货币。大量伪造货币现象的出现给社会带来诸多影响,一方面,严重扰乱战时金融秩序,在一定程度上影响法币信用体系;另一方面,国民政府对巩固法币安全、维护法币信用更为重视,制订系列巩固法币信用、维护货币安全的措施。During the Anti -Japanese War, Japan implemented the policy of monetary and financial invasion to China. Counterfeiting the legal currency became an important means of economic invasion. The legal currency system based on the exchange standard was in the passive situation when attacked by other countries＇ currency,which accelerated a large number of clusters of counterfeit currency to a certain extent. The paper carefully combed specific circumstances of counterfeit currency during the Anti -Japanese War, and classifying them into two types：one was the cases of counterfeit currency concerning the war of financial currency, and the other was the cases of common people＇ s counterfeiting the legal currency. The phenomenon of a large number of clusters of counterfeit currency had some influence on society. On the one hand, it seriously disrupted wartime financial order, and to a certain extent influenced the credit system of the legal currency. On the other hand, the national government attached greater importance to the consolidation of the security of the legal currency and the maintenance of the credit of the legal currency, and made series measures to consolidate the security of the legal currency and maintain the credit of the legal currency.
